我是一個新加坡女生，厭倦了城市的快腳步，獨自一人到台東農家打工換宿，愛上了台東的自然。

他是一個台中的工程師，夢想著能吃到自己種的食物而努力去實現。我們倆在一次偶然的包香蕉相遇，決定一起展開農夫的浪漫。

隨著季節的變化，自己想吃的東西自己種。在台東過著屬於我們的浪慢，浪費時間 慢慢下田、慢慢吃飯、慢慢生活。

堅持不用農藥也不用化肥，善待這片土地。讓作物自然的、慢慢的成長，長出自己最原始的滋味，親手作的食物有種溫度，可以安心吃、慢慢吃、好好吃。
